On December 26th, 2015, Zhao Lin, general manager of Liaoning Liaohe Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as LHDC), and Sara Muhammad, CEO of UNIVERSAL GEOLOGICAL TECHNOLOGY LTD. (hereinafter referred to as UGT), signed the " Cooperation Agreement" between UGT and LHDC, HPMM Deputy General Manager Wang Zhengzhi, LHDC Deputy General Manager Xu Weirong, and HPMM Legal Department Head Liu Gang attended this meeting to establish that LHDC and UGT have officially started a cooperative relationship.

LHDC is a professional drilling company under the HPMM Group. It has mature oilfield operation service experience and provides a complete set of professional technical services including workover, logging, drilling, and cementing for Chinese and foreign oilfields.

UGT is a company specializing in land surveying and mapping for oil and gas, water and mineral exploration, and has advanced exploration technology for detecting oil and gas, water and minerals in the exploration area.

Both LHDC and UGT will combine their respective service content to fully exploit mutually beneficial opportunities. UGT hopes to use its technology to provide services for LHDC and to detect potential oil well services that may be developed; and LHDC will obtain from the exploration area based on UGT Analysis and evaluation of the results and related data are conducted, and it is believed that the oil field area has commercial development value, and in this case, drilling services are provided. The agreement stipulates the scope of responsibilities and cooperation methods of both parties, and comprehensively and systematically plans the contents of cooperation between the two parties.

The signing of this agreement indicates that LHDC has made a further step in its international business, and that HPMM Group has made considerable progress in its overall strategic deployment. The powerful combination of LHDC and UGT will surely achieve satisfactory returns and create a new future in the oil drilling industry!
