On October 25th, 2015, Wang Zhengwu, general manager of Liaoning Petroleum Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Zhao Lin, general manager of Liaoning Liaohe Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd., Zhao Chunzhong, Safety Director, and Yang Huishen, Deputy General Manager, met with the 50021 Well Team of Liaoning Liaohe Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd. CNPC Great Wall Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd. Drilling Second Company Liaohe Branch Safety Division Chief Mu Dianfeng, Engineering Technology Division Chief Zhao Jiamin, Section Chief Xu Zhensong and other people were located in Wukeshu Township, Zhenlai County, Baicheng Town, Jilin Province. A meeting was organized and in-depth discussion on the drilling issue of the Longshen 3 Ping 4 Well. The Longshen 3 and Ping 4 wells were drilled in cooperation with GWDC and LHDC. The expected well depth is 3826 meters.

At the meeting, Wang Zhengwu, general manager of Liaoning Petroleum Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., emphasized the importance of the Longshen SanPing 4# well, and explained the important position of this well in the overall strategic deployment of the HPMM Group. It was necessary to ensure that the well can be successfully completed drilling, and said that Liaoning Petroleum Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. would strongly support LHDC and did a good job in the dual service guarantee of human and material resources.

Zhao Lin, general manager of Liaoning Liaohe Drilling Engineering Co., Ltd., put forward the following requirements for the drilling team that will participate in the Longshen SanPing 4# well:

1. Company must do a good job of welcome inspection when GWDC come to the company for inspection

2. Keep abreast of on-site equipment status to ensure smooth production

3. On-site personnel and GWDC employees must cooperate with each other to ensure the safe and smooth completion of the Longshen SanPing 4# well

4. Strictly implement Party A’s technical requirements and work in accordance with national standard technical indicators

5. For the rectification issues raised by Party A, the well team must make every effort to rectify and reform to meet the requirements

Finally, Zhao Chunzhong, safety director of LHDC, and Yang Huishen, deputy general manager, exchanged views with GWDC on material security issues such as mud medicines, directional instruments, well control equipment, and winter protection materials.
